This is SO GOOD! I am a long-term lover of Saag/Palak paneer, but I think the addition of feta makes it even more delicious. The briny funkiness of the feta really makes this dish a lot more exciting and flavorful. And I think kind of contrast nicely with the richness of the spinach gravy so it ends up tasting brighter than saag paneer. It’s not super hard to make which I find to be delightful because it tastes like a very delicious and exciting dish. Also Priya Krishna is amazing in general.
